Admission and Discharge Procedures
For your hospitalization procedures, it is sufficient to apply to the Hospitalization-Discharge Office with your ID card and insurance card, if any. Your boutique patient consultant will accompany you to your room.
Discharge procedures begin after the morning rounds with your physician's approval. Your discharge procedures are completed after your epicrisis report, prescription and home care instructions are delivered to you.
