Right to Benefit from Services
Every individual applying to our hospital has the right to benefit from all services regardless of language, religion, race, or sect. They have the right to equitably benefit from preventive and therapeutic healthcare services necessary to sustain a healthy life.

Our patients have the right to receive information regarding their health status, available healthcare services, and how to utilize them, as well as the right to view and obtain documents related to themselves and their conditions.

In the event of a violation of their rights, our patients have the right to initiate the complaint mechanism within our hospital, have it reviewed, concluded, and be informed of the outcome.
Note: For security purposes, camera recordings are conducted in the public, general areas of our hospitals. However, this measure is not applied in areas requiring privacy, such as patient rooms and examination rooms.
